Rehearsal Dinner

The rehearsal dinner was held the night before the wedding at H's Lordship's in Berkeley. I made up invitations for this and asked people to call or email with their entree choices. Avery matte ivory notecards are wonderful things.

The menu was as follows:

Celebration Chicken - Stuffed with brie cheese, fresh spinach and shaved prosciutto, topped with Madeira sauce

Fresh King Salmon - Grilled with lemon butter sauce & accompanied
with asparagus & tomatoes

Prime Top Sirloin - USDA Prime top sirloin expertly seasoned with
freshly ground roasted black peppercorns and served with teriyaki
sauce on request

The above are served with fresh baked breads & butter, choice of either baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes or rice & daily fresh vegetables.

Caesar Creations - Hearts of romaine tossed with
garlic croutons and signature dressing with Parmesan cheese
